Overview:

We are a high-performing influencer marketing agency representing elite digital creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We’re seeking an experienced Brand Partnerships Manager to help us source, initiate, and close high-value brand deals for influencers in our roster. If you’re a driven dealmaker with a network in the marketing and brand space—or the ability to build one fast—this is your opportunity to generate meaningful results and earn directly from your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and secure brand sponsorships and collaborations that align with the influencers we manage.
  • Use your knowledge of the brand/influencer ecosystem to create compelling partnership opportunities.
  • Own the outreach process: from lead sourcing and cold pitching to warm follow-ups and setting meetings.
  • Collaborate with the agency founder to align outreach with influencer goals and brand fit.
  • Track pipeline progress, report regularly on opportunities and deal stages.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support negotiations and help close deals.

Who You Are:

  • A proven dealmaker or partnerships professional with 1–5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, media sales, or related roles.
  • You understand how brands evaluate influencer marketing campaigns and can position value effectively.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and confident in your communication and outreach skills.
  • You thrive in a commission-based environment where performance directly impacts your earnings.
  • Bonus if you already have brand contacts or agency relationships.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role. You’ll earn a percentage of every successfully closed deal you initiate. This position offers uncapped earning potential for someone who knows how to source, pitch, and close.
