Job summary

Cocomint Inc. in Long Beach, CA, seeks an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Associate to grow its creator and affiliate ecosystem across TikTok Shop and other social platforms.

You will recruit new creators, maintain relationships, coordinate product seeding campaigns, and help execute affiliate initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work in the fast-paced world

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in influencer/affiliate marketing or related digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel reporting or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support influencers and affiliate creators across TikTok Shop and other social platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators through regular communication.
• Identify high-potential creators using social media and affiliate platforms.
• Coordinate product gifting, seeding campaigns, and creator outreach.
• Track creator performance, campaign results, and affiliate sales.
• Monitor affiliate dashboards and prepare recurring performance reports.
• Assist with campaign planning, promotional calendars, and product launches.
• Coordinate creator contracts, deliverables, and payment tracking.
• Ensure creators receive products and campaign assets on schedule.
• Research emerging creators, social media trends, and competitor campaigns.
• Help grow and engage our creator community through ongoing communication and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the social media, e-commerce, and creative teams to maximize campaign performance.

We are passionate about skincare innovation, and recognize how beauty products can play an important role in an individual's life. Having sold over 1 million Asian beauty products on TikTok Shop and initiated several viral trends in the TikTok beauty space, we are looking to constantly push the envelope of what is possible in the intersection of Asian Beauty technology and Western sensibilities.

Role Description:

As an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Associate, you'll help manage and grow Cocomint's creator and affiliate ecosystem. You'll recruit new creators, maintain relationships with existing partners, coordinate product seeding campaigns, and help execute affiliate initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1-3 years of Internship or professional experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, PR, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Passion for beauty, social media, and creator culture.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other affiliate platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Excel reporting and data analysis.
• Interest in K-beauty and the beauty industry.
