Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking a full-time Influencer & Affiliate Specialist to join our Content & Community team in Lehi, Utah. You will help recruit, onboard, and support ambassadors across Owala, BlenderBottle, and other brands while owning day-to-day program execution.

You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, Paid Media, E-commerce and Legal to grow creator reach, drive sales, and improve partner experiences. Excellent communication and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in influencer/ambassador roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across social platforms.
• Experience with creator, affiliate, ecommerce or social commerce.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of ambassador, influencer, creator and affiliate programs across Trove Brands.
• Source and recruit creators based on brand fit, audience and objectives.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to align partners with program expectations and guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with creators, talent managers and partners for long-term collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support, communications, and performance updates to partners.
