Job summary

JSX is seeking an Inflight Instructor to deliver high‑quality training that prepares Flight Attendants to operate safely, confidently, and in accordance with FAA regulations and JSX standards. You’ll facilitate Initial New Hire, Recurrent, and Requalification training, blending classroom instruction with hands‑on learning to build knowledge, safety awareness, and exceptional onboard service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Flight Attendant experience.
• U.S. citizen or national per FAA rules.
• Ability to maintain JSX Flight Attendant qualifications.
• Proficient with Word or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training for Initial New Hire, Recurrent, and Requalification programs.
• Develop and enhance inflight training programs meeting FAA regs and company standards.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and materials with leadership.
• Maintain current JSX Flight Attendant qualifications and bring real-world ops into the classroom.
