Job summary

Priority Infiniti Chesapeake is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Infiniti and luxury vehicles while delivering quality workmanship.

This is a flat rate/hourly position with earning potential from $21.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and ASE certifications. Lithia & Driveway provides training, benefits, and a supportive environment to grow your automotive career.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Infiniti, Nissan, or luxury brand experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with service advisors.
• Stay current on Infiniti products, systems, and manufacturer training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Total Rewards

Potential earning from $21.00 to $35.00 H/Flat Rate

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on: _ Production Productivity. _

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
