Job summary

Nissan is seeking an INFINITI Sales Operations Intern in Franklin, TN to support sales performance analytics, forecasting, and field-team enablement. You will help develop dashboards, reports, and tools that translate data into actionable insights while collaborating with multiple business partners across the organization.

The program runs full-time for 12 weeks, and candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a related field with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and develop meaningful insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business questions and recommend thoughtful solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships with business partners.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
• GPA 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, retailer inventory, market demand, and vehicle ordering trends to identify opportunities for improved inventory effectiveness and vehicle placement.
• Support vehicle forecasting and business planning activities by assisting with monthly order planning, reporting, and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that transform business data into actionable insights.
• Assist with field team development by creating job aids, training materials, reporting tools, and other resources that improve effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional projects and analyze retailer and field feedback, including survey results, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
