Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine equivalent, required.
• Graduate of an approved Pediatric Fellowship program if applicable.
• Medical License in the State of Ohio, required.
• Unrestricted licensed physician, required.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
