Job summary

University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine seeks an exceptional physician for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor position in Infectious Diseases, based at the Health Sciences Campus in Pasadena. The appointee will contribute to clinical services, education, and research within the ID Division of Medicine.

Responsibilities include inpatient/outpatient care, medical education for residents and fellows, and participation in antimicrobial stewardship and related programs

Qualifications

• MD, MD/PhD or DO degree with board certification or eligible in Infectious Diseases.
• Eligible for State of California medical licensure.
• Eligible for faculty appointment at USC Keck School of Medicine at Assistant/Associate Professor level.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Infectious Diseases consults and patient care.
• Engage in graduate medical education and teach residents/fellows.
• Participate in research initiatives and clinical program development within ID division.
