Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians seeks a part-time Infectious Disease Physician in Tazewell, TN, to provide bedside wound care across post-acute facilities. The role emphasizes autonomy, no nights, no calls, and a typical 40–60 mile mobility radius with 2–3 facilities per day.

You’ll receive paid training, participate in a wound fellowship, and be employed as a W2 physician with competitive compensation and benefits. A current MD/DO license is required.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in state of practice (MD/DO).
• Willingness to travel within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Experience with wound care is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNF, LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at multiple facilities.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and manage 20–30 patients daily.
• Document care in real time at point of care using our EMR.
