Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to join our national wound care team. Work is conducted at bedside in post-acute facilities, with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical duties.

This mobile role covers a 40-60 mile radius, visiting 2-3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. You will train in wound management and participate in a 6-month fellowship, with a 30-hour work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at multiple facilities.
• Visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius; 2-3 facilities per day; ~20-30 patients daily.
• Document care at point of care using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
