Job summary

National Wound Physician Group in Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time Infectious Disease Physician to join a nationwide wound care team. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a 45-hour/week equivalent for full time, with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.

Physicians perform bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40-60 mile radius, and participate in weekly rounds.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care facilities including SNFs and LTACHs.
• Deliver wound management services with fellows and trainers.
• Visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius, 2-3 facilities per day.
