Job summary

Wellness Clinic in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease physician for our outpatient facility. You’ll join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

The ideal candidate is MD/DO board-certified with outpatient experience, capable of managing 14–18 patients daily, and available for on-site work with no nights or weekends required. Relocation and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting.
• Meet productivity standards and collaborate with the care team.
• Complete documentation on the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care services for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Coordinate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff for urgent care and walk-ins.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily and support patient retention.
