Job Opportunity: BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician

Seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician for a career-transforming opportunity in northwestern Connecticut.

Reporting to the Division Director of Infectious Disease, the Specialist will be part of a department with responsibilities that include:

1. Inpatient consultations
2. Outpatient consultation including outpatient HIV and Hepatitis C patient treatment
3. Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the Hospital Epidemiology programs
4. Assist with Antimicrobial Stewardship program
5. System-wide collaboration with over 20 ID physician colleagues that meet monthly
6. Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients
7. Shared call with other ID physicians
