Location: Rockford, IL, approximately 80 miles from Chicago. Full-Time & Permanent position.

Seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease doctor to join a team of 4 providers.

Details:

• Replace a retiring physician
• Traditional position with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Faculty appointment and teaching responsibilities available
• Work in an HIV clinic approximately 0.5 days per month
