Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications) Hourly conversion based on 40hrs per week is $96.00-$120.00

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infectious Disease Physician to join our practice. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to provide high-quality infectious disease care in an inpatient and outpatient setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and treat infectious diseases.
2. Provide consultations for patients with complex infections, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, hepatitis, and other chronic infectious diseases.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
2. Board certification or eligibility in Infectious Disease.
3. Valid Illinois and/or Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based medicine.
