Infectious Disease Opening - Dayton, OH

Position Details
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Employed
  • Seeking BC/BE, academically-minded Infectious Disease faculty member to join the core faculty team
  • Participate in didactic teaching, journal clubs, clinical case conferences, and other teaching assignments for residents and medical students, in collaboration with the department and BSOM academic leadership
  • Contribute to the division's clinical/patient care, research, and teaching missions
  • Provide clinical teaching, supervision, and patient care on the division's services, including inpatient, outpatient clinics, and working with a large outpatient HIV population
  • Manage infectious diseases such as Antibiotic therapy supervision, Wound care, Hepatitis B & C, Chronic urinary tract infections, HIV, Lyme Disease
  • Engage in regular outpatient clinical practice
  • Collaborate with APPs for inpatient and outpatient clinical practice
Job Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible

  • Infectious Disease Fellowship trained
