The Infectious Disease Physician is responsible for the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of a wide spectrum of infectious diseases. This role involves managing complex patient cases across inpatient and outpatient settings, contributing to infection control strategies, and promoting judicious antimicrobial use.
