Job summary

MUSC Health – Columbia Medical Center Downtown is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Infectious Disease team. You will work in a collaborative setting to deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient care for patients with complex infectious diseases.

You will collaborate with ID physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans, support antimicrobial stewardship, and contribute to community health.

Qualifications

• AP Provider: NP or PA credential required.
• Infectious Disease experience preferred, motivated grads encouraged.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Infectious Disease follow-up care.
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic infectious conditions including sepsis and complex infections.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nursing staff, and care management teams.
