Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Infection Preventionist in a skilled nursing facility to oversee infection prevention and control programs, develop care plans, and supervise nursing staff. The role requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS, and infection prevention training, with proficiency in EHR and LMS systems.

Shifts available 6:00a-2:30p, 7:00a-3:30p, 8:00a-4:30p; wages range $35–$42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control.
• Proficiency with Learning Management and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infection prevention and control program across the Community.
• Develop individualized care plans and administer nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per regulations.
