Key Responsibilities
Lead and support hospital-wide infection prevention initiatives
Conduct ongoing surveillance, data analysis, and chart reviews
Ensure compliance with DNV, TJC, CMS, NHSN, and Leapfrog standards
Provide education and support to hospital staff and leadership teams
Qualifications
RN: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (non-online RN program preferred), or
MLS: Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science
Current MS RN license or BSMT (ASCP) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting
CIC certification required within 2 years of hire
