  • RN: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (non-online RN program preferred), or

  • MLS: Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science

  • Current MS RN license or BSMT (ASCP) or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting

  • CIC certification required within 2 years of hire
