American Senior Communities' Canterbury Nursing & Rehab seeks an Infection Preventionist to protect residents and staff. The IP will assess education needs, coordinate programs, and ensure state and federal compliance through training and monitoring.

Active Indiana RN license required; CDC IP training or advanced infection prevention coursework preferred. CARE values guide daily actions, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• The Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Training through the CDC (can be provided at this facility upon hire), or advanced training in infection prevention and control.

Responsibilities

• The IP implements measures to protect residents and staff.
• Assesses staff education needs and coordinates programs to address identified needs and ensure compliance.
