Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree in Nursing (or healthcare-related field).
• 2+ years of infection control experience in acute care preferred.
• Current Tennessee RN license without restrictions (or health-related license).
• CPPS and/or CPHQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate infection control measures as directed by the Infection Control/Prevention Committee.
• Assist with infection control educational programs for employees.
• Manage infection control/prevention program on a 24-hour basis.
• Support CQO and maintain Quality/Patient Safety Program in line with standards.
