Acacia Health Center in the Phoenix area is seeking an Infection Prevention RN to lead data collection, analyze infection trends, and maintain infection control practices, including antibiotic stewardship. You will develop and deliver ongoing educational programs for the Nursing Department and support a safe, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license required.
• Two years of leadership or training and development experience in skilled nursing, hospital or long-term care.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to teach and adapt to diverse learners.
• Wound certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze infection data and report infections.
• Maintain infection control practices and antibiotic stewardship.
• Develop and implement ongoing educational programs for the Nursing Department.
