Join Barnes Jewish Hospital managing a team of 20 with Infection Prevention duties. This role has a large scope of responsibilities supporting Barnes Jewish Hospital lines and Washington University Clinics. You must be willing to present and collaborate with director plus teams as well as provide support for the IP team.
Experience
Ideal candidate is a current BSN - RN with certified infection control, at least 5 years of people leading, 5 years of infection prevention experience, and academic campus experience.
Location
This position allows for some remote work, but will be on-site regularly, some driving required.
Schedule
Generally days, but will also take team calls as needed.

Role Purpose
Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Infection Control Program, including accountability for standards of care, regulatory and reporting compliance and requirements. Develops, implements and evaluates assigned projects. Successfully collaborates as a partner and liaison to entity and system programs while maintaining positive working relationships with employees, physicians, the community and stakeholders of the program.
