Qualifications

• CIC certification.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and leadership to align infection prevention strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement standardized tools, workflows, and evidence-based processes to ensure consistency and quality across facilities.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance activities to meet state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor performance, allocate resources effectively, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce healthcare-associated infections.
