• Infection Prevention Certification (CIC) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and oversee the facility’s infection prevention and control program.
• Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, CMS, and state guidelines related to infection control.
• Conduct ongoing infection surveillance, data collection, and trend analysis.
• Investigate infection outbreaks and implement corrective action plans.
• Educate and train staff on infection prevention protocols, standard precautions, and PPE usage.
• Monitor antibiotic stewardship programs and report findings to leadership.

**Infection Prevention Nurse (IP Nurse)** **Del Rosa Villa Post Acute – San Bernardino, CA****Position Summary:** Del Rosa Villa Post Acute is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Infection Prevention Nurse** to lead and oversee our infection prevention and control program.
