Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, or an Associate with three years of related experience.
• Active license in state of practice (RN or CLS) is required.
• Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) to be obtained within first two years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention programs across the organization.
• Conduct surveillance for healthcare-associated infections and analyze data to identify trends.
• Educate staff and consult on infectious disease issues to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on updates to the Infection Prevention Program based on new guidelines.
