Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet nursing operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, implementing standards, and resolving problems
• Identify patient service requirements by establishing rapport with patients and others
• Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
• Complete patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff, following up on work results
