Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RN Infection Control Nurse/Wound Care Nurse to join our dedicated team at Civita Care Center at Long Ridge, the area's leading provider of sub-acute rehabilitation.

As an Infection Preventionist/Wound Care Nurse, you will play a critical role in managing, controlling and preventing infections; promote healing, and improve patient outcomes through expert clinical care and education.
