• Licensed and currently registered as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in development, implementation, or administration of an infection control program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to mitigate infectious disease risks.
• Developing infection control risk assessments and staff education programs.
• Evaluating and updating the infection control program effectiveness.
• Leading annual flu prevention, treatment, and reporting initiatives.
• Completing documentation and preparing comprehensive reports.
