Faith Haven Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to plan and supervise 24-hour facility operations, ensuring quality resident care. You will lead the nursing team, oversee infection control, and guide staff through policies and training to meet state and facility requirements.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 3+ years in long-term care, skilled in leadership and customer service, and prepared to promote a positive, healing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Michigan with CPR-BLS certification.
• 3+ years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership and patient-focused management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and supervise 24-hour operation of the facility.
• Lead and develop the nursing team; hire, guide, and evaluate staff.
• Lead infection control, identify and prevent outbreaks, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Develop and revise infection control policies and procedures.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and clinical training for nursing staff.
• Promote hospitality and high-quality resident care in daily interactions.
