Job summary

Anne Arundel County Department of Health in Annapolis, MD seeks an RN to ensure workplace safety compliance and deliver training on BBP, PPE, respiratory protection, TB and infection control. You will align with DOH policies, OSHA and MOSH mandates, and CDC/MDH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Experience writing policy and procedures and designing and presenting health education.
• Current RN license from the Maryland Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and MOSH regulations to prevent work-related illness.
• Provide training to employees on BBP, PPE, respiratory protection, TB and infection control per DOH policy, OSHA/MOSH mandates, and CDC/MDH guidelines.
• Ensure all DOH employees meet health requirements and receive testing or training as needed.
