Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license required.
• Prior infection prevention, staff education, or quality improvement preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orientation and staff development for nursing staff and contractors.
• Coordinate trainings aligned with federal, state, local, and company requirements.
• Support QA and performance improvement activities and risk identification.
• Coordinate infection prevention rounds and outbreak investigations.
