Job summary

Care & Rehab (WI & MN) is seeking a dedicated Infection Control / Employee Education specialist to develop and manage infection prevention programs for our facilities. The role focuses on educating staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety across sites.

You will design training materials, deliver sessions, and monitor outcomes using LMS tools, audits, and performance metrics. A Wisconsin RN license is preferred, with regular weekday hours and a full-time schedule

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Infection Control / Employee Education specialist. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing infection prevention protocols while providing comprehensive education and training to employees to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday
• 40 Hours per week
• Hourly Wage Based On Experience
• Registered Nurse with active Wisconsin License Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential infection hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications
