Job Description:

We are seeking an Infant/Toddler Early Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in child care. Eligible teachers will be offered the opportunity to be sponsored for TEACH MIAEYC, which will allow you to earn a Bachelor's Degree in an Early Childhood related field.

Responsibilities:

Lead Teachers:

• Create, plan, and maintain fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow teachers.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Communicate and lead Assistant Teachers in classroom duties and children's needs and development.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences.

Assistant Teachers:

• Assist in creating plans and maintaining fun and interactive learning experiences.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences.

We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

• Experience working with young children and a passion to help them grow and develop at individual paces.
• High school diploma.
• Some college courses.
• Enjoy teaching outdoors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay, Signing bonus

Education:

• High school or equivalent required
• CDA
• Associate or Bachelor in ECE related field

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
