Job Title: Infantry Instructor for Ukrainian Soldiers

Organization: Tactical Combat Advisory Group Ukraine (TCAG)

Location: Ukraine (Deployed)

About Us:

TCA Group Ukraine is an international team of military veterans dedicated to training Ukrainian soldiers in combat effectiveness, survival skills, and battlefield leadership. With thousands of new soldiers entering Ukraine’s military each month, the quality of their training is a matter of life and death. Our mission is to ensure they receive the best instruction possible, equipping them with the skills they need to survive and succeed on the battlefield.

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Global War on Terror (GWOT) veterans to train Ukrainian soldiers in combat engineering, tactical combat casualty care (TCCC), infantry operations, and signals/communications. Trainers must be physically fit, capable of operating in field environments, and able to provide hands-on instruction under realistic conditions. This is an opportunity to apply your military skills in a high-impact role that directly contributes to Ukraine’s defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training in combat tactics, battlefield medicine, military engineering, or communications.
  • Develop and deliver instruction tailored to frontline operational needs.
  • Assess soldier proficiency and provide structured feedback to enhance unit effectiveness.
  • Operate in field environments, adapting to battlefield conditions while ensuring high-quality instruction.
  • Coordinate with Ukrainian military leadership to align training objectives with combat requirements.
  • Maintain operational security (OPSEC) and uphold professional standards in a combat zone.

Qualifications:

  • GWOT veteran with experience in combat engineering, medical (TCCC), infantry, or signals.
  • Strong background in small-unit tactics, battlefield medicine, or military communications.
  • Basic physical fitness and the ability to withstand outdoor field conditions.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different experience levels and combat environments.
  • Prior training or instructional experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong common sense, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
