Celebree School in Louisville seeks an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching environment. You’ll ensure Celebree’s vision and values are woven into daily activities for infants and toddlers while delivering developmentally appropriate experiences with warmth and care.

You will also mentor classroom Aides as they grow in early childhood education, embracing patience, communication, and child-centered approaches to learning.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.
• Must have a CDA or an equivalent degree.

Responsabilités

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
