MA Maison Childcare & Preschool Academy LLC is seeking an Infant and Toddler Teacher to provide nurturing care for children aged 3 months to 3 years at 111 West North Street, Stamford, CT. The role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging environment and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, CDA (Infant/Toddler) or higher education in early childhood, with CPR/First Aid and 1+ year experience in licensed childcare.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA in Infant/Toddler or higher education degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with infants/toddlers in licensed childcare preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification completed or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Familiarity with CT ELDS or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to child development.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in floor-level activities.

Responsabilidades

• Create safe, engaging, soothing classroom environments for infants and toddlers.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Provide feeding, diapering/toileting, napping, and transitions.
• Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress and tailor interactions.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with children and families; communicate milestones and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stimulating classroom; ensure safety and sanitation.
