Qualifications

• MSDE 90hr Infant/Toddler Certification or CDA Certification with Infant/Toddler Endorsement required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Solid grasp of child development principles and instructional strategies.
• Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations.
• Warm, friendly, unflappable personality (babies can tell!).
• Comfort with everyday tech tools like Microsoft Office.
• Great communication and writing skills.
• Reliability you can set a clock to.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a few things at once.
• Team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting bonds with infants ages 6 weeks–12 months, supporting their growth every step of the way.
• Create a safe, secure, and loving environment where babies feel cared for and confident.
• Nurture each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental needs.
• Lead by example within your classroom team.
• Communicate warmly and effectively with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
• Keep the classroom running smoothly with consistent, positive, and safe routines.
