St. Paul’s Children’s Center in St. Petersburg is seeking an Early Childcare Teacher Assistant to support infants and toddlers.

The position is part-time, with two possible schedules: 7:30am-1:00pm or 12:00pm-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. A Level II background check is required before start, and resumes should be emailed to [e-mail]. Candidates should have started or possess DCF’s 40 clock hours and experience in early childhood education; CDA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have started or possess DCF's 40 clock hours.
• Experience teaching at early childhood level (infants, ones and twos).
• CDA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Part-time position working with infants through age two; assist lead teacher with daily activities.
• Complete Level II fingerprinting/background screening prior to start date.
