Kidz Paradise LLC in West Lawn, PA is seeking an experienced FULL TIME Childcare Teacher to foster intellectual, psychological, and physical growth in young children. You will create engaging lesson plans and a structured daily schedule while providing attentive care.

The role requires nurturing, patience, and creativity to help children learn and reach milestones, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum; degrees in associated fields preferred.
• Previous experience as a childcare teacher or childcare provider.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities.
