Job summary

New Adventurz Academy Llc in Burns, TN seeks an experienced and energetic Childcare Teacher to support children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative with a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential. Shifts run M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM or 7:00AM-4:00PM.

The role emphasizes plan activities, basic care, and communication with parents to track milestones and progress.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certified (not required but must be obtained upon hiring).
• Do annual yearly trainings required.
• Not required but preferred experience in daycare or childcare.

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
