Job summary

Celebree School of Stafford is hiring an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate setting. You will weave Celebree's vision and values into daily activities while supporting infants and toddlers’ growth and exploration.

You will help guide classroom Aides in early childhood education with confidence and compassion, ensuring engaging, safe learning experiences for all children in a structured environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support infants as they navigate early steps and milestones.
• Maintain a compliant and organized infant classroom in line with regulations and policies.

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Keep classrooms safe, clean, and inviting to encourage curiosity.
• Complete all paperwork and attendance records accurately.

Job Summary

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to help navigate classroom Aides through their journey into the world of early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities

As an InfantTeacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
