Kidz Paradise LLC in Reading, PA is seeking an experienced and energetic FULL TIME Childcare Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth, creating a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative, with a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential. Responsibilities include planning lessons, designing schedules, and communicating regularly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum, Degrees in associated fields preferred.
• Previous experience as a childcare teacher or childcare provider.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities.
