Qualifications

• Experience with infants/toddlers in licensed childcare or early education.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification current or obtainable.
• Ability to meet Wisconsin DCF licensing requirements.
• Warm, patient, nurturing demeanor with strong family communication.
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, responsive care for infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing classroom.
• Plan age-appropriate activities supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding, diapering, napping, and developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a team-oriented childcare environment.
• Follow established routines and schedules tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a consistent, team-oriented childcare environment
• Follow established routines and schedules tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred
• Knowledge of infant/toddler developmental milestones and best practices in early childhood education
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to meet Wisconsin DCF childcare licensing requirements
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with very young children
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with families
• Flexibily and williness and ablity to work as a TEAM
