Qualifications

• Pass background check and child abuse index clearance.
• At least 12 units in child development from a CA-accredited college, with Infant/Toddler training if working with infants/toddlers.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in a childcare center.
• Ability to build rapport with staff, children and families.
• Positive, patient demeanor and ability to work well in a team.

• Child Development Permit from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing recommended.
• Must be able to pass a background check and child abuse index clearance
• At least 12 units in child development from a California-accredited college. Three of the 12 units must be Infant/Toddler training if you are applying to work with Infant/Toddlers
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Previous experience working in a childcare center
