Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in early childhood education.
• Experience in an early childhood classroom preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning.

• Ability to meet licensing, health, and safety requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing development and training.
• Assessment and Documentation: Observe and document children's learning and share insights with families.
• Team Collaboration: Work with leadership and staff on school-wide initiatives.
