What does a Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher -ITCS do?

As a new Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections, you will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Your day-to-day activities will include engaging children in educational activities, promoting social-emotional development, and documenting children's progress. QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:

  • Completion of an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, and experience with young children.

Minimum:

  • An associate degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, the human services field, or a CDA with 2 years' experience working with young children.
