Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support infants and toddlers with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Ensure adherence to Office of Child Care regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and safe classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
