Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or pursuing is preferred.
• Experience with infants and toddlers in licensed centers is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development, behavior management, and early intervention.
• Experience in literacy, sensory activities, and physical education curriculum.
• Familiarity with assessment methods for early learning outcomes is a plus.
• Strong communication to collaborate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and positive behavior support.
• Plan engaging activities supporting literacy, math, social-emotional growth.
• Monitor health, hygiene, nutrition, and safety per childcare regulations.
• Manage routines: diapering, feeding, naps, transitions with consistency.
• Communicate with parents about progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align classroom strategies.
